If you're anywhere near Javi's, do yourself a favor and order the birria tacos. The beef is incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and has just the right amount of crisp on the tortillas from the griddle. The consommé is rich, savory, and perfect for dipping—it takes every bite to the next level. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell they put real care into making them. I've had birria tacos at a lot of places, and these are easily among the best. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm craving authentic, flavorful tacos. Highly recommended!

First time guests. We traveled about 90 minutes to this location. We loved the ambience. The salmon was delicious! Nice sear on the outside and moist on the inside.
